| Shipping:
We ship Federal Express. They usually do an
excellent job. We will not charge your credit card or cash your
check until 24 hours after you have received your piece. If we do
not hear from you by then, we assume that all is well, you are satisfied
and the piece has survived the shipping process. If any of the
above is not true, call immediately and we will not charge you until
things are put right.
Shipping charges are 10%. When calculating shipping cost, it
is important to remember, that when we ship a piece to you, we don't have to
charge any sale tax. This
usually reduces your "out of pocket" costs by half or better.
Our
Settee's are still too large for Federal Express and must be shipped by truck which
is much more expensive (usually $ 300- $400). Please call for a quote based on your zip code.
